Background Checks—Enhanced Drivers License LSRs. ‌ All applicants for EDL LSR position will be subject to a background check, which will consist of a fingerprint-based FBI criminal history background check, a validation of references (if employed by DOL for less than five [5] years), and a verification of U.S. citizenship. The failure of a background check shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
