Balance Reporting. Bank shall provide you, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, with the service(s) that you requested as specified on the Enrollment Form which is made a part of this Agreement. Bank shall provide prior day and memo post balance and transaction information on your Bank account(s). Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the delivery of any information furnished to the CorpLink by other reporting Banks.

Balance Reporting. The Settlement Bank shall make available to eSett information about the balance and transactions on the Pledged Cash Accounts in the form and according to the procedures and schedule described in Appendix 1 and also at any time reasonably requested by eSett. This information may be retrieved from the Settlement Bank by eSett or by eSett’s Bank.
Balance Reporting. (i) Commencing with the month in which the Parent first establishes a deposit, securities or investment account, within two (2) Business Days of the end of each calendar month, the Parent will deliver a written daily cash balance summary to the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Administrative Agent showing the aggregate available balance of cash and Cash Equivalents in the deposit, securities and other investment accounts of the Parent as of the end of business on each Business Day of the preceding calendar month. (ii) Within five (5) Business Days of the end of each calendar month, the U.S. Borrower will deliver to the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Administrative Agent (A) commencing with the calendar month ending January 31, 2009, a written statement showing the aggregate daily available balance of cash and Cash Equivalents in all deposit, securities and other investment accounts of the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries for which such information is available as of the end of each Business Day of such calendar month and (B) commencing with the calendar month ending November 30, 2008, a written statement showing the available balance of cash and Cash Equivalents in each deposit, securities and other investment account of the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the last Business Day of such calendar month for which such information is available. (iii) From time to time upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the U.S. Administrative Agent, the U.S. Borrower will promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Administrative Agent copies of any and all deposit account statements, securities account statements and other investment account statements of the U.S. Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof that are requested to be delivered thereby, in each case, to the extent such statements are available.
Balance Reporting. This feature provides Customer with various online reports that display certain Account(s) balances, status summary and information detail that can be reviewed online and exported. This feature also provides online access to images of paid checks.

This includes: the Account balance information, the status and description of any or all Items, debits, credits, or charges related to the Account, the Account history and all other information about activity associated with the Account. Client’s Users are able to export data from ONPointe.

(iii) From time to time upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Administrative Agent, the Borrower will promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Canadian Administrative Agent copies of any and all deposit account statements, securities account statements and other investment account statements of the Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof that are requested to be delivered thereby, in each case, to the extent such statements are available.
