Common use of Bank Account Information Clause in Contracts

Bank Account Information. Concurrently with the delivery of the financial information pursuant to Sections 8.01(a) and 8.01(b), the Credit Parties will provide Administrative Agent with copies of screenshots or copies of redacted (in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent) account statements for all deposit accounts and securities accounts of the Credit Parties, other than Excluded Accounts, along with a certification from the Parent’s chief financial officer as to its authenticity of the information set forth in such copies.
