Bank Account Information. Promptly upon receipt of a request therefor from the Administrative Agent, the Credit Parties shall provide to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders copies of bank statements (covering the period of time requested by the Administrative Agent) with respect to any bank accounts then maintained by any Borrower or any Borrower Subsidiary.
