Bank Accounts; Deposits. (a) Section 3.21 of the AMMA Disclosure Schedule provides accurate information with respect to each account maintained by or for the benefit of AMMA or any AMMA Subsidiary at any bank or other financial institution, including the name of the bank or financial institution, the account number, the balance as of July 30, 2018 and the names of all individuals authorized to draw on or make withdrawals from such accounts.
(b) All existing accounts receivables of AMMA and any AMMA Subsidiary (including those accounts receivable reflected on the AMMA unaudited financial statements unaudited financial statements that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the AMMA unaudited financial statements and have not yet been collected) represent valid obligations of customers of AMMA arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business. All deposits of AMMA and any AMMA Subsidiary (including those set forth on the AMMA unaudited financial statements) are fully refundable to AMMA.

(b) All existing accounts receivable of Parent (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Parent Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Parent Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) (i) represent valid obligations of customers of Parent arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business, and (ii) are current and collectible in full when due, without any counterclaim or set off, net of applicable reserves for bad debts on the Parent Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet. All deposits of Parent (including those set forth on the Parent Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) which are individually more than $2,500 or more than $10,000 in the aggregate are fully refundable to Parent.

(b) All existing accounts receivable of Galena and the Galena Subsidiaries (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Galena Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Galena Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) (i) represent valid obligations of customers of Galena and the Galena Subsidiaries arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business, and (ii) are current and collectible in full when due, without any counterclaim or set off. All deposits of Galena and Galena Subsidiaries (including those set forth on the Galena Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) are fully refundable to Galena or the applicable Galena Subsidiary.

(b) All existing accounts receivables of Alcobra and any Alcobra Subsidiary (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Alcobra Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Alcobra Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) represent valid obligations of customers of Alcobra arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business. All deposits of Alcobra and any Alcobra Subsidiary (including those set forth on the Alcobra Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) are fully refundable to Alcobra.

(a) Section 2.20 of the Marker Disclosure Schedule provides accurate information with respect to each account maintained by or for the benefit of Marker at any bank or other financial institution, including the name of the bank or financial institution, the account number, the balance as of December 31, 2017 and the names of all individuals authorized to draw on or make withdrawals from such accounts.
(b) All deposits of Marker (including those set forth on the Marker Unaudited Balance Sheet) which are individually more than $20,000 or more than $45,000 in the aggregate are fully refundable to Marker.

(a) Section 3.21 of the TapImmune Disclosure Schedule provides accurate information with respect to each account maintained by or for the benefit of TapImmune or any of the TapImmune Subsidiaries at any bank or other financial institution, including the name of the bank or financial institution, the account number, the balance as of December 31, 2017 and the names of all individuals authorized to draw on or make withdrawals from such accounts.
(b) All deposits of TapImmune and any TapImmune Subsidiary (including those set forth on the TapImmune Audited Balance Sheet) which are individually more than $100,000 or more than $250,000 in the aggregate are fully refundable to TapImmune.

(b) All existing accounts receivables of Cellect and any Cellect Subsidiary (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Cellect Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Cellect Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) represent valid obligations of customers of Cellect arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business. All deposits of Cellect and any Cellect Subsidiary (including those set forth on the Cellect Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) are fully refundable to Cellect.

Section 4.25 of the Vibrant Disclosure Schedule provides accurate information with respect to each account maintained by or for the benefit of Vibrant or any Vibrant Subsidiary at any bank or other financial institution, including the name of the bank or financial institution, the account number, the balance as of December 31, 2022 and the names of all individuals authorized to draw on or make withdrawals from such accounts. All existing accounts receivables of Vibrant and any Vibrant Subsidiary (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Vibrant Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Vibrant Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) represent valid obligations of customers of Vibrant arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business. All deposits of Vibrant and any Vibrant Subsidiary (including those set forth on the Vibrant Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) are fully refundable to Vibrant.

(a) Part 3.24 of the Company Disclosure Schedule provides accurate information with respect to each account maintained by or for the benefit of Company at any bank or other financial institution, including the name of the bank or financial institution, the account number, the balance as of June 30, 2020 and the names of all individuals authorized to draw on or make withdrawals from such accounts.
(b) All existing accounts receivable of Company (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Company Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Company Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) (i) represent valid obligations of customers of Company arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the ordinary course of business, and (ii) are current and collectible in full when due, without any counterclaim or set off, net of applicable reserves for bad debts on the Company Balance Sheet. All deposits of Company (including those set forth on the Company Balance Sheet) which are individually more than $10,000 or more than $25,000 in the aggregate are fully refundable to Company.

(b) All existing accounts receivable of Signal (including those accounts receivable reflected on the Signal Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet that have not yet been collected and those accounts receivable that have arisen since the date of the Signal Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet and have not yet been collected) (i) represent valid obligations of customers of Signal arising from bona fide transactions entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business, and (ii) are current and collectible in full when due, without any counterclaim or set off, net of applicable reserves for bad debts on the Signal Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet. All deposits of Signal (including those set forth on the Signal Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet) which are individually more than $10,000 or more than $25,000 in the aggregate are fully refundable to Signal.
