Common use of Bank Expenses Clause in Contracts

Bank Expenses. Borrower will pay or reimburse Bank for all costs, expenses and fees incurred by Bank in preparing and documenting this Agreement and the Loan, and all amendments and modifications thereof, including but not limited to all filing and recording fees, costs of appraisals, insurance and attorneys' fees, including the reasonable estimate of the allocated costs and expenses of in-house legal counsel and legal staff.

Bank Expenses. Upon Bank’s request, Borrower will pay or reimburse Bank for all costs, expenses and fees incurred by Bank in preparing and documenting this Agreement and the Loan, and all amendments and modifications thereofto any Loan Documents, including but not limited to all filing and recording fees, costs of appraisals, insurance and attorneys' ’ fees, including the reasonable estimate of the allocated costs and expenses of in-house legal counsel and legal staff.

Bank Expenses. Upon Bank's request, Borrower will pay or reimburse Bank for all costs, expenses and fees incurred by Bank in preparing and documenting this Agreement and the Loan, and all amendments and modifications thereofto any Loan Documents, including but not limited to all filing and recording fees, costs of appraisals, insurance and attorneys' fees, including the reasonable estimate of the allocated costs and expenses of in-house legal counsel and legal staff.

Each Borrower will pay or reimburse Bank for all reasonable costs, expenses and fees incurred by Bank in preparing and documenting this Agreement and the Loan, and all amendments and modifications thereof, including but not limited to all filing and recording fees, costs of appraisals, insurance and attorneys' fees, including the reasonable estimate of the allocated costs and expenses of in-house legal counsel and legal staff.

Bank will advise Borrower of any expense prior to any such expenses being incurred.

Bank Expenses. UPON BANK'S REQUEST, Borrower will pay or payor reimburse Bank for all costs, expenses and fees incurred by Bank in preparing and documenting this Agreement and the Loan, and all amendments and modifications thereofto any Loan Documents, including but not limited to all filing and recording fees, costs of appraisals, insurance and attorneys' fees, including the reasonable estimate of the allocated costs and expenses of in-house legal counsel and legal staff.
