Bargaining in Newly-Organized Units. Where the Union is recognized pursuant to the above procedures, the first collective bargaining agreement applicable to the new bargaining unit will be determined as follows:

Bargaining in Newly-Organized Units. Where the Company recognizes the Union pursuant to the above procedures, the parties shall meet within fourteen (14) days to begin negotiations for a collective bargaining agreement covering the new bargaining unit. The Union agrees that the new collective bargaining agreement shall reflect the spirit of partnership between the Company and the Union and that the model for such new agreement with regard to employment security, work systems and working conditions shall be the current contract between the Union and the Company, modified with respect to wages, benefits and practices to take into account the industry and the geographic location of the newly organized entity. If, after sixty (60) days from the commencement of such negotiations, the parties are unable to successfully negotiate a labor agreement, the matter shall be submitted to interest arbitration in accordance with procedures to be developed by the parties.
