Common use of BARGAINING UNIT INCLUSION Clause in Contracts

BARGAINING UNIT INCLUSION. 6 Those substitute and temporary employees employed by the District for more than twenty (20) 7 consecutive workdays or more than thirty (30) total days of work within any twelve (12) consecutive 8 month period shall be included in the bargaining unit set forth in the Recognition clause.

Provisions of this Agreement covering dues and political action committee deductions will then apply to such employees.
