Base Pipeline System Scope. Not later than 60 days following the close of the Open Season, Carrier shall provide Notice to Shipper whether Carrier intends to develop, design, construct, acquire and commission the Base Pipeline System in respect of the initial Base Pipeline System scope (in which case paragraph (a) of the definition of “Estimated Construction/Conversion Costs” shall apply), or in respect of the expanded Base Pipeline System scope (in which case paragraph (b) of the definition of “Estimated Construction/Conversion Costs” shall apply). In either case, Xxxxxxx’s election in respect of the scope of the Base Pipeline System shall not impact the Fixed Toll outlined Part B; provided that for greater certainty, the Fixed Toll shall continue to be subject to Capital Variance as outlined in this Part C.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement.   • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice.
