Clinical Crew Training Requirements Training Management Plan The Provider must ensure its own (including subcontracted) and DHB clinical personnel qualifications, experience, training meet the standard specified in NZS 8156 and the NZ Aeromedical / Air Rescue Standard10 as a minimum. The Provider must develop and maintain a Training Management Plan (TMP) that details the aims and objectives of the training programme and describe how initial and ongoing training must be coordinated and conducted and provide to NASO. All training must be contextualised so as to be consistent with NASO and regional health services operational and clinical work practices, operational procedures and risk management strategies. The TMP must detail the initial and recurrent training requirements to meet the New Zealand Aeromedical/ Air Rescue Standard and any other CAA or NASO requirements. As a component of safety and training, the Provider must have in place a documented Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) that ensures compliance to Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 and SMS. All courses must be conducted in accordance with the TMP. Content Training content must be agreed in consultation with XXXX. Training must include actual mission roles with full scenario content at 12 monthly intervals for all clinical crew members.

  • SUBLEASE REQUIREMENTS The following terms and conditions shall apply to any subletting by Tenant of all or any part of the Premises and shall be deemed included in each sublease:

  • Notice Requirements All notices required or permitted by this Lease shall be in writing and may be delivered in person (by hand or by messenger or courier service) or may be sent by regular, certified or registered mail or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail, with postage prepaid, or by facsimile transmission during normal business hours, and shall be deemed sufficiently given if served in a manner specified in this Paragraph 23. The addresses noted adjacent to a Party's signature on this Lease shall be that Party's address for delivery or mailing of notice purposes. Either Party may by written notice to the other specify a different address for notice purposes, except that upon Lessee's taking possession of the Premises, the Premises shall constitute Lessee's address for the purpose of mailing or delivering notices to Lessee.   • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants.   • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff and volunteers required for provision of the services described. Subrecipient shall work collaboratively with County, particularly the Information and Assistance Program (I&A), to ensure that clients who may need any services available through Older Americans Act or Older Californians Act Programs are referred to I&A for assistance in accessing these services.

  • Listing Requirements The Company shall not be obligated to deliver any certificates representing any shares until all applicable requirements imposed by federal and state securities laws and by any stock exchanges upon which the shares may be listed have been fully met.

  • Notice Requirement No termination of this Agreement shall be effective unless and until the party terminating this Agreement gives prior written notice to all other parties of its intent to terminate, which notice shall set forth the basis for the termination. Furthermore,
