Base Requirements. In satisfaction of City statutory and/or regulatory requirements, Developer shall, provide the following Base Requirements in accordance with Exhibit C1, D, E, and I, as applicable, and as set forth herein:

Clinical Crew Training Requirements Training Management Plan The Provider must ensure its own (including subcontracted) and DHB clinical personnel qualifications, experience, training meet the standard specified in NZS 8156 and the NZ Aeromedical / Air Rescue Standard10 as a minimum. The Provider must develop and maintain a Training Management Plan (TMP) that details the aims and objectives of the training programme and describe how initial and ongoing training must be coordinated and conducted and provide to NASO. All training must be contextualised so as to be consistent with NASO and regional health services operational and clinical work practices, operational procedures and risk management strategies. The TMP must detail the initial and recurrent training requirements to meet the New Zealand Aeromedical/ Air Rescue Standard and any other CAA or NASO requirements. As a component of safety and training, the Provider must have in place a documented Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) that ensures compliance to Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 and SMS. All courses must be conducted in accordance with the TMP. Content Training content must be agreed in consultation with XXXX. Training must include actual mission roles with full scenario content at 12 monthly intervals for all clinical crew members.
Base Requirements. Provide a detailed response that demonstrates technical understanding of the operational, maintenance and repair requirements of the Central Process Systems as outlined in the SOW. The response shall also demonstrate the technical and personnel utilization approach towards operating, maintaining and repairing these systems. The response shall demonstrate knowledge of Government requirements and approach to start-up, shut-down, control, monitor, emergency repair, and trouble-shooting procedures. Additionally, the response shall include the knowledge of Government requirements and approach to innovative or PT&I techniques, methods to identify excessive maintenance and corrective actions, coordinated scheduling process, and methods to insure maintenance is completed in a timely manner.

  • Listing Requirements The Company shall not be obligated to deliver any certificates representing any shares until all applicable requirements imposed by federal and state securities laws and by any stock exchanges upon which the shares may be listed have been fully met.
