Common use of Baying Cars Clause in Contracts

Baying Cars. It is agreed that all cars shall be put in bays so that it will not be necessary for the drivers to move any cars other than those listed in the invoice of his load. A violation of this provision shall subject Employer to a charge effective June 1, 2003 of one dollar five cents ($1.05), effective June 1, 2004 one dollar ten cents ($1.10), effec- tive June 1, 2005 one dollar fifteen cents ($1.15), and effective June 1, 2006 one dollar twenty cents ($1.20) for moving of each unit not in the load.
