Common use of BCC'S RIGHT TO ENTER PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

BCC'S RIGHT TO ENTER PROPERTY. BCC may enter upon the Property and any premises on which collateral may be located and, without resistance or interference by the Lessee, take physical possession of any or all thereof and maintain such possession on such premises or move the same or any part thereof to such other place or places as BCC shall choose, without being liable to the Lessee on account of any loss, damage or depreciation that may occur as a result thereof.
