Below-Ground Wood Preservatives definition

Below-Ground Wood Preservatives means coatings formulated and recommended to protect below-ground wood from decay or insect attack which are registered with the U.S. EPA under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 USC § 136, et seq.).
