Benefits for Part-Time Members. 45. Those Members who received Tier 1 status at the time of ratification of the 1998- 2002 Faculty Collective Agreement and who also received RMYA appointments under Transition Provisions, Clause 4 of the 2002-06 Faculty Collective Agreement and who have taught an average of 2.0 FCEs per year in the period 2000-01 through 2005-06 shall be entitled to all benefits available to Full-Time Members except for Long Term Disability and post-retirement benefits.
