Common use of Bid Documents Approvals and Printing Clause in Contracts

Bid Documents Approvals and Printing. Upon obtaining all necessary approvals of the Construction Documents from authorities having jurisdiction, and acceptance by the City of the 100% Construction Documents and latest Statement of Probable Construction Cost, the Consultant shall assist the City in obtaining bids and preparing and awarding the construction contract. The City, for bidding purposes, will have the bid documents printed, or at its own discretion, may authorize such printing as a reimbursable service to the Consultant.
