BUDGET: The maximum legislatively authorized Budget amount to be provided by the State of Michigan and available for a specific purpose or combination of purposes to accomplish the Project for this Contract. BULLETIN: A standard document form (DTMB-0485, Bulletin Authorization No. and the DTMB-0489, Instructions to Construction Contractors for Preparation of Bulletin Cost Quotations for Contract Change Orders) used by the Department to describe a sequentially numbered change in the Project under consideration by the Department and the Professional and to request the Construction Contractor to submit a proposal for the corresponding adjustment in the Contract price and/or Contract time, if any.
