Billing and Charges. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by users of your account. We will send your billing statements to the email address you provide to us, and you agree that this is sufficient notice for all purposes as to charges incurred and paid or to be paid to us. Viasat reserves the right to correct and charge under-billed or unbilled amounts for a period of 90 days after (i) any incorrect statement was issued or (ii) a statement should have been issued.
