Binding Sample Clauses

Binding. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors-in-interest, assigns and personal representatives of the respective Parties.
Binding. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding on and shall insure to the benefit of each party’s heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, parent companies, subsidiaries, lessees or other authorized person or entity acting on either party’s behalf.

When executed by LESSEE at Delivery, the same will apply to the Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate.
