Binding Effect and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. This Agreement, the Schedules and Exhibits hereto, which are hereby incorporated in this Agreement, and the Collateral Documents constitute the entire agreement among the parties on the subject matter hereof.

Binding Effect and Entire Agreement. This Loan Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding on, the parties hereto and the respective successors and per- mitted assigns of the parties hereto. This Loan Agreement, and the remainder of the Loan Documents, together with all other documents executed and delivered pursuant to this Loan Agreement, constitute the entire agreement among the Lenders, the Agent and the Borrower concerning the subject matter hereof.
