Binding Effect of Amendment. This Amendment shall be binding on all successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereof.
Binding Effect of Amendment. This Amendment is entered into pursuant to Section 24.3 of the Agreement, and shall be valid, effective and enforceable upon full execution by the Parties.
Binding Effect of Amendment. By the signature herein, the undersigned represents that he/she is fully authorized to enter into this Fourth Amendment on behalf of the Licensee and has the full legal authority to bind the Licensee to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and that no other approvals or consents are necessary in connection therewith. All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall be binding upon the Licensee.
Binding Effect of Amendment. Upon execution of this Amendment, the Master Indenture and the First Supplement shall be modified and amended in accordance herewith and the respective rights, limitations, obligations, duties, liabilities and immunities of the Issuer, the Eligible Lender Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders, shall be determined in conjunction with the provisions of the Master Indenture and the First Supplement as amended by this Amendment. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, and all such provisions shall, in addition, inure to the benefit of the Owner Trustee and the related Holders of Obligations. The rights of such Persons shall hereafter be determined, exercised and enforced subject in all respects to the modifications and amendments herein contained, and all the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall be part of the terms and conditions of the Master Indenture and First Supplement for any and all
Binding Effect of Amendment. This Amendment is entered into pursuant to Section 24.3 of the CDA. For the avoidance of doubt, this Amendment shall constitute a CDA Document, including for purposes of Section 24.13 of the CDA.
