BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and the subject property, and shall be binding upon any person, firm, or corporation that may become a subsequent owner, successor in interest or assign, directly or indirectly, of the subject property or any portion thereof.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and legal representatives of the Executive and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Company and its successors.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 48.1 This Agreement is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 35.1 This Functional Collaboration Agreement is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 20.1 The Consultant acknowledges that in submitting his application to AMC, the Consultant understands and binds himself to the terms of this agreement.
20.2 The signatures contained on the front of this form are deemed that of the parties to this agreement.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Each Party warrants and undertakes to each other Party that this Agreement, and each other Transaction Document to which it is a party, has been duly executed by it and comprises a valid and legally binding obligation enforceable against it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The parties hereto intend that this Agreement be binding upon, and the terms of Sections 1.12, 6.01, 6.02 and 10.04 shall be effective on the Second Restated Agreement Closing Date, and otherwise this Agreement shall be effective on the Effective Date, subject to the provisions and as more fully described in this Agreement.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the respective successors, assigns, heirs, beneficiaries and personal representatives of the parties hereto, as applicable.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by the 5% Stockholders and, assuming that this Agreement constitutes a valid and binding obligation of Parent and Sub, is a valid and binding obligation of the 5% Stockholders, enforceable against the 5% Stockholders in accordance with its terms.
BINDING NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties, their successors and assigns.
