Binding on Assigns. This Settlement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Parties and their respective heirs, trustees, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

Binding on Assigns. This Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the respective heirs, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors and administrators of Employee and IB.
