Binding on Heirs, Successors and Assigns. The covenants and agreements of this Lease shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of both parties hereto, except as hereinabove provided.
Binding on Heirs, Successors and Assigns. This Rider shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, successors and assigns of each Party but does not otherwise create, and shall not be construed as creating, any rights enforceable by any person not a party to this Rider.

Subject to Paragraph 18.g, this Agreement inures to the benefit of and is binding on the heirs, successors, assigns, representatives, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the Parties, including by transfer of all or substantially all of the assets or any successor by merger or consolidation.

Subject to the provisions of the Agreement interest under the Agreement, all provisions of the Agreement shall extend to and bind, or insure to the benefit of, the parties to the Agreement and their heirs, executors, representatives, successors, and assigns of RBC or Highlands.
