Common use of Board Information Clause in Contracts

Board Information. 19.01 The Board shall provide to the Union the following information upon request: (i) time, date and place of all regular Board Meetings; (ii) a copy of the agenda prior to all regular Board Meetings; (iii) a copy of the minutes of all regular Board Meetings; (iv) all non-confidential reports received and approved after each regular Board Meeting; (v) a copy of the Minister’s Order on Education Funding; (vi) a copy of the Budget as approved by the Board. 19.02 A draft of any new policy or change in policy that affects the terms and conditions of employment of teachers shall be sent to the Union and the Union may provide a response. The Board will make the final draft of any such policy or policy change accessible to the Union prior to Board approval.
