A copy of the Board meeting packet, including revisions, exclusive of confidential materials, shall be made available to the Association president the same day the materials are made available to the Board. Included will be information regarding any proposal to act on new or revised policies affecting members in the unit. The association president shall receive notice that the board agenda is complete and posted on the website.
