Board of Education Act of Compassion Clause. In the event an employee has utilized all of his/her sick leave, because of personal illness, said employee may at his/her discretion appeal to the Board for additional sick leave with pay. The Board shall consider each case individually, and on its merits may grant additional sick leave.
