Common use of BOEING AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

BOEING AIRCRAFT. This Aircraft General Terms Agreement Number AGTA-FED (AGTA) between The Boeing Company (Boeing) and Federal Express Corporation (Customer) will apply to all Boeing aircraft contracted for purchase from Boeing by Customer after the effective date of this AGTA.

BOEING AIRCRAFT. This Aircraft General Terms Agreement Number AGTA-FED COP (AGTA) between The Boeing Company Company, including its wholly-owned subsidiary XxXxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Corporation (BoeingBOEING) and Federal Express Corporation COPA HOLDINGS, S.A. (CustomerCUSTOMER) will apply to all Boeing aircraft contracted for purchase from Boeing by Customer after the effective date of this AGTA.

This Aircraft General Terms Agreement Number AGTA-FED AAT (AGTA) between The Boeing Company Company, including its wholly-owned subsidiary XxXxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Corporation, (Boeing) and Federal Express Corporation American Trans Air, Inc. (Customer) will apply to all Boeing aircraft contracted for purchase from Boeing by Customer after the effective date of this AGTA.

This Aircraft General Terms Agreement Number AGTA-FED ASA (AGTA) between The Boeing Company Company, including its wholly-owned subsidiary McDonnell Douglas Corporation, (BoeingBOEING) and Federal Express Corporation Alaska Airlines, Inc. (CustomerXXXXXXXX) will apply xxxx xxply to all Boeing aircraft contracted for purchase from Boeing by Customer after the effective date of this AGTA.

BOEING AIRCRAFT. This Aircraft General Terms Agreement Number AGTA-FED CAL (AGTA) between The Boeing Company (Boeing) and Federal Express Corporation Continental Airlines, Inc. (Customer) will apply to all Boeing aircraft contracted for purchase from Boeing by Customer after the effective date of shown below except this AGTAAGTA will not apply to Boeing aircraft purchased, whether by amendment or otherwise, under contracts between Boeing and Customer that were executed prior to the date shown below.
