Bond and Mill Levy Oversight. 5-8-1 Going forward, when a Bond or Mill Levy Committee is formed after a bond or mill is approved by voters, the Association shall be notified of the opportunity to recommend members for appointment by the Board to the Committee(s) at least two weeks prior to the closing of the application process. If the Association recommends at least three qualified members for a Committee and those members apply, the Board shall appoint at least one of the Association’s nominations to the Committee.

Bond and Mill Levy Oversight. 5-9-1 When a new Bond or Mill Levy is approved by voters, the Association and District shall immediately convene a taskforce to create a plan to allocate monies in accordance with the Bond and/or Mill Levy. The taskforce shall consist of equal numbers of District, community/parents, and Association representatives. Cost of the taskforce shall be paid by funds generated by the Bond and/of Mill Levy.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Monitoring and Oversight 9 To permit the SCSB as the Authorizer hereunder to fulfill its monitoring and oversight functions under the Act, U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(c), and ensure that the School is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement10, the Charter School agrees to fully support SCSB’s oversight and monitoring responsibilities including responding to all timely requests for reports,11 audits,12 formal and informal investigations, formal and informal visits and inspections of books and records of the Charter School.13 SCSB will use best efforts in exercising its oversight function to secure and review information or records that have been previously submitted by the Charter Schools to relieve administrative cost associated with duplicate requests.

  • Parallel Operation Company agrees to allow Seller to interconnect and operate the Facility to provide renewable dispatchable generation and energy in parallel with the Company System; provided, however, that such interconnection and operation shall not: (i) adversely affect Company's property or the operations of its customers and customers' property; (ii) present safety hazards to the Company System, Company's property or employees or Company's customers or the customers' property or employees; or (iii) otherwise fail to comply with this Agreement.   • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
