Bonus Amounts. The Company may, from time to time, credit bonus amounts ("Bonus Amounts") to your Winnings and Bonus Account in connection with promotional offers or other schemes. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in the Agreement, Bonus Amount Issued or Cash Withdrawals or Refunds in respect of such Bonus Amounts shall be processed/ fulfilled solely at the discretion of the Company, and the User has no automatic right to a Cash Withdrawal or Refund in respect of such Bonus Amounts.
Bonus Amounts. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 4, Executive shall be eligible to receive one (1) performance bonus in a target amount equivalent to sixty percent (60%) of Executive’s Base Salary for each Contract Year, and the exact amount of such performance bonus, if any, shall be determined on the basis of Executive’s attainment of certain performance and financial goals to be determined by Employer in its sole and absolute discretion.
Bonus Amounts. Employee shall be eligible to participate in any OCTuS bonus program that is applicable to officers of OCTuS as may be adopted and in effect from time to time (subject to the terms and conditions of any such program). In addition, Employee shall be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to thirty percent (30%) of Employee’s Base Salary, as then in effect pursuant to Section 4.1 (and pro-rated for any partial year), as determined by the OCTuS Compensation Committee or Board of Directors.
Bonus Amounts. The accrued compensation and bonus amounts set forth on Schedule 3.12 and Schedule 5.1, respectively, shall have been paid in full and each recipient of such payment shall have executed and delivered to Parent an acknowledgement, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Parent, that he or she has been paid in full for such accrued compensation and bonus amounts, as applicable, and related obligations.
Bonus Amounts. On or prior to the Closing Date, Sellers will pay, or will cause to be paid, the 2015 Bonus Amounts and the 2016 Bonus Amounts set forth on Schedule 7.5 to the employees set forth therein. Sellers will provide evidence of such payment to Buyers at or prior to the Closing.
Bonus Amounts. Once accepted, the Angiographic or Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will be entitled to a $50.00 bonus if asked before leaving the work site Monday through Thursday (due to a case in progress), or $75.00 if asked before leaving the work site on a Friday (due to a case in progress), or any time the employee is contacted by telephone after having left the work site. Once accepted, the Radiation Therapist will be entitled to a $75.00 bonus any time the employee is contacted by telephone after having left the work site. These amounts shall be in addition to the contractual compensation due to “on-call” employees if called back to work.

Bonus Amounts. DIRECTV shall also pay DEALER earned Bonus Amounts for its services in procuring Activations of certain other DIRECTV Programming Packages or services not covered by the Prepaid Programming Commissions. These Bonus Amounts include an International Bonus, Sports Bonus and DVR Service Bonus. The actual Bonus Amounts and their related terms and conditions are set forth in the DEALER Compensation Guide made available at the Dealer Center. The terms and conditions set forth in the DEALER Compensation Guide relating to Bonus Amounts are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this specific reference. Bonus Amounts will not be subject to chargeback, unless otherwise set forth in the DEALER Compensation Guide. To the extent not set forth in the DEALER Compensation Guide, payment of such Bonus Amounts is subject to the restrictions described in the Agreement, including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 6.3
Bonus Amounts. No less than two Business Days before the Closing Date, Seller will deliver to Buyer a schedule setting forth bonus amounts (the “Bonus Amounts”) to be paid to the employees of Seller set forth therein.
