Bonus Buying Prohibited. Bonus buying is strictly and absolutely prohibited. “Bonus buying” includes, but is not limited to the direct or indirect involvement of: (1) the enrollment of individuals or entities without the knowledge of and/or execution of a LifeVantage Distributor Application and Agreement by such individuals or entities; (2) the fraudulent enrollment of an individual or entity as a LifeVantage Distributor or Customer; (3) the enrollment or attempted enrollment of non- existent individuals or entities as LifeVantage Distributors or Customers (see Section 6.5 “Stacking”); (4) the use of a credit card by or on behalf of a LifeVantage Distributor or Customer when the LifeVantage Distributor or Customer is not the account holder of such credit card; and (5) purchasing LifeVantage product on behalf of another LifeVantage Distributor or Customer or under another LifeVantage Distributor’s DIN, or Customer ID to qualify for commissions, bonuses or incentives.

Bonus Buying Prohibited. LifeRegen prohibits bonus buying and strictly prohibits the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts (stockpiling) and prohibits the purchase of products or services only or primarily to qualify or earn compensation or to achieve a specific rank. Bonus buying is any mechanism or artifice to qualify for rank advancement, incentives, prizes, commissions or bonuses that is not driven by bona fide product or service purchases by end user consumers and includes, but is not limited to: • Purchasing products through a nonexistent person or business entity or other artifice; • The enrollment of individuals or business entities without their knowledge of and/or execution of a Business Partner Agreement by such individuals or business entities; • The fraudulent enrollment of an individual or entity as a Business Partner or customer; • The purchasing of products, services or other items on behalf of another Business Partner or customer or under another Business Partner or customer’s I.D. number to qualify for commissions or bonuses; or • Unauthorized use of a credit card by a Business Partner when the Business Partner is not the account holder of such credit card. LifeRegen retains the right to limit the amount of Products a Business Partner may purchase if it believes, in its discretion, that Business Partner has placed orders solely for compensation or qualification purposes instead of for resale to customers. LifeRegen may revoke a rank advancement if it was earned in violation of this policy.

Bonus Buying Prohibited. You may not purchase Younique products, either directly or by placing orders or purchasing product from another Presenter (regardless of who ends up with the product), in a manner that results in you qualifying for a rank advancement or achieving an incentive trip, reward, or recognition.

(c) The enrollment or attempted enrollment of non- existent individuals or entities as IBDs or Customers (‘phantoms’);
(d) Purchasing excessive amounts of goods or services that cannot reasonably be used or resold in two month;
(e) Attempt to cross sponsor or re-enroll an existing customer or IBD; or
(f) Any other mechanism or artifice to qualify for rank advancement, incentives, prizes, commissions or bonuses that is not driven by bona fide product or service purchases by end user or consumers.
