Borrower Assignments. Borrower may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its rights or obligations hereunder or under any other Loan Document, by operation of law or otherwise without the consent of Agent, LC Issuer and each Lender, and any such assignment, transfer or other disposition without the consent of Agent, LC Issuer and each Lender shall be void.
