Common use of Borrower Loan Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Borrower Loan Disbursements. The Borrower Loan shall be disbursed by the Funding Lender, as agent for the Governmental Lender, pursuant to the Construction Funding Agreement by depositing Funding Loan proceeds with the Fiscal Agent under the Funding Loan Agreement. Amounts held by the Fiscal Agent shall be disbursed to or for the benefit of the Borrower as provided in the Funding Loan Agreement.
