Common use of Borrower Quarterly Financial Reports Clause in Contracts

Borrower Quarterly Financial Reports. As soon as practicable, and in any event within (A) ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal quarter ending in 2014 beginning with the quarter ending June 30, 2014; and (B) fifty (50) days after the end of each fiscal quarter in each Fiscal Year thereafter (other than the last fiscal quarter in each Fiscal Year), a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and the related consolidated statements of income and cash flow of the Borrower (to be prepared and delivered quarterly in conjunction with the other reports delivered hereunder at the end of each fiscal quarter) for each such fiscal quarter, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and, in comparative form, the corresponding figures for the corresponding periods of the previous Fiscal Year, certified by an Authorized Financial Officer of the Borrower as fairly presenting the consolidated and consolidating financial position of the Borrower as of the dates indicated and the results of their operations and cash flow for the months indicated in accordance with GAAP, subject to normal quarterly adjustments.
