BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 7.

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. The Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of CreditObligations, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consentthe provisions of this Section are waived or amended in accordance with Section 8.5, the Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 76.

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any that until (i) all of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until have been terminated; (ii) payment in full of all of the Loans and Loans; (iii) payment in full of all other Obligations then due and payable; and (iv) the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 7.

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. The Borrower covenants and agrees that, that so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration termination of all the Letters of Credit, unless the Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give their prior written consent, the Borrower shall performcomply with, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries other Loan Party to performcomply with, all covenants in this Section 7Article VII applicable to such Person.

The Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of CreditObligations, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, the Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, perform all covenants in this Section 76.

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. Borrower covenants and agrees that, that so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans Obligations (other than Inchoate Indemnity Obligations) and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration termination of all Lender Letters of Credit, unless the Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give their prior written consent, Borrower shall perform, comply with and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries other Loan Party to perform, comply with all covenants in this Section 77 applicable to such Person.

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Term Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit(other than contingent indemnification obligations), unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries other Credit Party to perform, all covenants in this Section 7.

Holdings and each Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, Borrower it shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 7.
