Common use of Breach Incidents Clause in Contracts

Breach Incidents. Upon becoming aware of a Breach Incident, Company will notify Customer without undue delay and will provide information relating to the Breach Incident as reasonably requested by Customer. Company will use reasonable endeavors to assist Customer in mitigating, where possible, the adverse effects of any Breach Incident.
