Breach reporting mechanism (BRM. The Authorities will share the information at their disposal through a breach reporting mechanism/whistleblowing scheme, if such exchange of information is necessary and proportionate. An exchange of information in this regard shall be subject to any relevant statutory provisions, including those restricting disclosure. Furthermore, any exchange of personal data has to be in line with the applicable data protection legal framework as stated in Article 4 of this Memorandum of Understanding.
