Common use of Broker Systems Clause in Contracts

Broker Systems. As between the parties, Broker has and will retain sole control over the operation, maintenance and management of, and all use of, any Broker Systems, and sole responsibility for all use and receipt of the Services and HWML Materials by any person by or through Broker Systems or any other means controlled or directed by Xxxxxx or Authorized User, including any information, instructions or materials provided by same to the Services or HWML.
