Seller has not entered into an agreement with any person, firm or corporation, or become indirectly a party to any such agreement, nor has he taken any action or is he aware of any facts which would result in the assertion of any liability or claim for the payment of any commission, brokerage or finder's fee in connection with his execution of this Agreement or the consummation of transactions contemplated herein.
