Common use of Brokers’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokers’ Fees. No broker’s or finder’s fee, commission or similar compensation will be payable with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. No other similar fees or commissions will be payable by any Loan Party for any other services rendered to the Borrower, any other Loan Party or any other Subsidiary ancillary to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokers’ Fees. No broker’s or finder’s fee, commission or similar compensation will be payable with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. No other similar fees or commissions will be payable by any Loan Party for any other services rendered to the Borrower, any other Loan Party or any other Subsidiary Subsidiaries ancillary to the transactions contemplated hereby.
