Budget and Financial Reports. The Charter School shall develop and monitor its budget in accordance with the annual budget development and monitoring calendar to be developed by the Charter School. A proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year showing estimated revenues and expenditures, based on identified and reasonable assumptions, shall be submitted to the District by June 1 prior to the beginning of the subsequent fiscal year. Monthly financial reports displaying the financial status of Charter School shall be submitted to the District by the 15th of each month regarding the data from the previous month. Such report shall display budgeted revenues and expenditures as compared with actual figures to date and projected year end figures by major category of revenue and expenditures.
Budget and Financial Reports. (a) SERI may incur or arrange for MESC to incur expenses in accordance with the Budget and may exceed the Budget by the Permitted Variance without obtaining approval from the Steering Committee. In the event SERI determines in its reasonable judgment that a cost should be incurred in connection with the Cogen Project that would exceed the Budget by more than the Permitted Variance, SERI, shall by written notice to the Steering Committee (which notice will include a pro forma Adjusted Budget giving effect to such proposed modification) promptly seek the approval of the Steering Committee to modify the Budget to include such cost, provided that SERI shall have the right to increase the Budget by the amount of costs incurred as a result of actions taken by SERI under Section 2.6 (c) or Section 3.2(b) without such prior approvals. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereby acknowledge that, upon delivery by SERI to the Steering Committee of such notice and accompanying pro forma Adjusted Budget, SERI shall have no obligation to incur Development Costs that would cause it to exceed the Budget by more than the Permitted Variance until the Steering Committee has approved SERI's proposed Adjusted Budget and agreed that such cost should be incurred and will be reimbursed. Any Budget modified in accordance with this Section 2.5 shall be an "Adjusted Budget," and such Adjusted Budget shall be the Budget for purposes of this Agreement. Any dispute among SERI, MESC, and the Lender Representative regarding whether an expense should be incurred that would be in excess of the Budget by more than the Permitted Variance shall be deemed to be a Technical Dispute to be resolved in accordance with Article XV.

BUDGET Any transfer of funds between budget line items resulting in a greater than ten percent (10%) variance will require prior written approval from the County Project Officer. For the contract term from July 1, 2022, until June 30, 2023, the Contractor may transfer funds from the Rapid Rehousing budget to the Xxxxxxxx House budget with prior written approval from the County Project Officer.

The Borrowers shall have delivered to the Agent and the Banks (i) a current Budget, (ii) a cash flow projection through August 31, 2000, (iii) pro forma or projected profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and (iv) all other reports, financial statements and projections for the Borrowers that are reasonably required by the Agent and the Required Banks, each in form and substance acceptable to the Required Banks;

Budget and Financial Reports. 13.1 Using the Cashflow Forecast and Record of Expenditures Form, the Recipient shall submit, for the City's approval, an updated cash flow report showing actual expenditures and adjusted budget forecasts for subsequent reporting periods within that fiscal year, or for later fiscal years. Pursuant to Appendix C, these reports are due on the 15th day of the following month.
