Budgets and Financial Projections. The Company will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to Pfizer copies of all annual budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail mutually agreed upon by the parties) relating to the Company on a consolidated basis and will provide Pfizer an opportunity to meet with management of the Company to discuss such budgets and projections.
