Building a Climate of Ongoing Problem Solving. We agree that up to five (5) LMC members shall be appointed by each of the 10 respective organizations, including SMEEA President and the Superintendent; 11 that each LMC member shall be personally committed to this Compact’s 12 standards and to building trust through principled communications with each 13 other. All members shall be empowered by their constituents to make decisions.
