BUILDING INDUSTRY PICNIC DAY. The parties agree that Building Industry Picnic Day will continue to apply during the life of this Agreement in accordance with the following: i) The first Monday in December of each year shall be the union picnic day, except in Mildura. The second Monday in December shall be the union picnic day within an area of 25 kilometres from Mildura ii) All employees shall, as far as practicable, be given and shall take this day as picnic day without deduction of pay. iii) Any employee required to work on this day shall be paid at the rate of double time and a half; provided that an employee who attends for work as required on this day shall be paid for not less than four hours work. iv) The company may require from an employee evidence of his/her attendance at the picnic and the production of the butt of a ticket issued for the picnic shall be sufficient evidence of such attendance. Where such evidence is requested by the company payment need not be made unless the evidence is produced. v) Where the company holds a regular picnic for his/her employees on some other working day during the year such day may be given and may be taken as a picnic day in lieu of the picnic day here fixed.

III. Any employee required to work on this day shall be paid at the overtime rate as specified in Item 8, Appendix A of this Agreement; provided that an employee who attends for work as required on this day shall be paid for not less than four hours work. IV. Where the company holds a regular picnic for his/her employees on some other working day during the year such day may be given and may be taken as a picnic day in lieu of the picnic day here fixed.
BUILDING INDUSTRY PICNIC DAY. All employees will be entitled to a picnic day on the first Monday each December. Clause 20.2.1 of the Parent Award shall have no application under this agreement.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes. 8.2 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems pursuant to information provided in the LERG in order to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party shall impose any fees or charges whatsoever on the other Party for such activities. 8.3 Unless otherwise required by Commission order, the Rate Center Areas will be the same for each Party. During the term of this Agreement, Onvoy shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Frontier within the LATA and Tandem serving area. Onvoy shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center Area unless otherwise ordered by the FCC, the Commission or another governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, or the LEC industry adopts alternative methods of utilizing NXXs. 8.4 Onvoy will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Onvoy shall designate one location for each Rate Center Area in which the Onvoy has established NXX code(s) as the Routing Point for the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center Area, and such Routing Point shall be within the same LATA as the Rate Center Area but not necessarily within the Rate Center Area itself. Unless specified otherwise, calls to subsequent NXXs of Onvoy will be routed in the same manner as calls to Xxxxx’s initial NXXs. 8.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, to in any way constrain Onvoy’s choices regarding the size of the local calling area(s) that Onvoy may establish for its Customers, which local calling areas may be larger than, smaller than, or identical to Frontier’s local calling areas.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
