The Owner also acknowledges and agrees that development of the proposed single detached dwelling will comply with the regulations of the Zoning By-law. At the time of application for building permit, the Owner agrees to prepare and submit to the Municipality for approval, a detailed site plan prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor, showing the location and dimensions of all buildings and structures to be erected upon the lot for review and approval of the Municipality. The Owner shall also provide a lot grading plan reviewed by a professional engineer, certifying that the proposed grading and appurtenant drainage works comply with sound engineering design and that the proposed grading is in general conformity with the Plan.
