Building Name and Signage. Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Building as Landlord may, in Landlord's sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Building in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Tenant shall not use the names of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project or use pictures or illustrations of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or Project in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Landlord shall have the right at any time to designate and/or change the name of the Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Building, as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire subject however to all of the rights to signage, both exclusive and non-exclusive, granted to Tenant in Article 21 of this Lease.

Tenant shall not use the name of the Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord. Additionally, Landlord shall have the exclusive right at all times during the Lease term to change, modify, add to or otherwise alter the name, number or designation of the Building, and Landlord shall not be liable for claims or damages of any kind which may be attributed thereto or result therefrom.

Landlord shall not use the name of the Tenant in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Tenant, except in connection with the proposed sale, financing, joint venture or other investment in the Building, Complex or Real Property.

Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name(s) of the Buildings and Real Property and, subject to Section 24.8 above, to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Buildings and any portion of the Real Property as Landlord may, in Landlord's sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the names of the Buildings or Real Property or use pictures or illustrations of the Buildings or Real Property in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord. Landlord shall not place any "for lease" signs on the Building or Real Property, respectively, during the period of time that the Building or Real Property, respectively, is fully leased, and there are no anticipated vacancies which will occur within the following twelve (12) months.

Tenant shall not use the name of the Building Complex, the Building or any other building in the Building Complex, or use pictures or illustrations of the Building Complex, the Building or any other building in the Building Complex, in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Additionally, Landlord shall have the exclusive right at all times during the Lease Term to change, modify, add to or otherwise alter the name, number, or designation of the Building, and Landlord shall not be liable for claims or damages of any kind which may be attributed thereto or result therefrom. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord hereby consents to Tenant placing signage on the exterior of the Premises at Tenant’s entrance doors, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in accordance with Landlord’s reasonable rules with respect thereto and Tenant may, at its option have signage on the electronic Building directory provided for tenants in the lobby of the Building, standard elevator lobby signage in the applicable floor, and an additional directional sign on the 31st floor at a location and of a size as shall be mutually agreed by Landlord and Tenant.

Tenant shall not use the name of the Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Building in advertising or other publicity, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
