Building Project. All references to the “Building” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the two (2) buildings located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (the “195 Technology Building”) and at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (the “217 Technology Building”), Irvine, California, either collectively or individually as the context may reasonably require. The 217 Technology Building is a portion of the project described on Exhibit Y attached to this Amendment, and all references to the “Project” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the project described on “Exhibit Y” attached to the Lease (of which the 195 Technology Building is a part) and to the project described on Exhibit Y attached to this Amendment, either collectively or individually as the context may reasonably require.
Building Project. The Building and the parcel of land on which it is located as legally described in EXHIBIT “A” and all of the other buildings and improvements located on such land located at 0000 X.X. 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.
Building Project. The term the shall mean the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion ofwhich are the improvements ofwhich the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
Building Project. This Lease pertains to space located in the Building (the "BUILDING") situated on the real property located in the City of Sunnyvale, County of Santa Clara, State of California, commonly known as 420 N. Mary Avenue, Sunxxxxxe, California, more particularly describex xx xxx xxxx xxxx marked Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said real property, including the land, the Building, and the two other buildings known as 410 and 430 N. Mary Avenue as well as all other improvements thereon, is callxx "xxx XXXXXXX."
Building Project. The Building and the parcel of land on which it is located as legally described in EXHIBIT “A” and all of the other buildings and improvements located on such land and known as USF Research Park and located of Xxxxxx Avenue and Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Boulevard, Tampa.
Building Project. The Premises are located in a multi-tenant ---------------- commercial facility described in Paragraph 1.3, "the Project", which is the real property including the land and all improvements thereon, described in Exhibit "A".
Building Project. The Building, the land upon which the Building is situated, the Common Area (as defined in Section 10.1), the Parking Facilities (as defined in Section 34.21) and such additional facilities in subsequent years as may be determined by Landlord to be reasonably necessary or desirable for the management, maintenance or operation of the Building.
Building Project. Collectively, the buildings and other improvements constructed on the Land (as hereinafter defined).
Building Project. The Building, the Land, any other improvements located on the Land, including, without limitation, any parking structures, and the personal property, fixtures, machinery, equipment, systems and apparatus located in or used in conjunction with any of the foregoing.
Building Project. A four (4) story building, consisting of two (2) towers, commonly known as the “450 Concar North Tower” and “450 Concar South Tower”, containing approximately 210,115 rentable square feet of space, located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx in San Mateo, California (collectively, the “Building”). The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building, (ii) the building adjacent to the Building, commonly known as “400 Concar” (the “Adjacent Building”) (which Adjacent Building contains 95,813 rentable square feet), (iii) the Common Areas, (iv) the parking facilities located underneath the Building and the Adjacent Building (the “Project Parking Facilities”), and (v) the land (which is improved with landscaping and other improvements) upon which the Building, the Adjacent Building, and the Common Areas are located.
