Building Structure. “Building Structure” means the foundations, floor/ceiling slabs, roofs, exterior walls, exterior glass and mullions, columns, beams, shafts (including elevator shafts), stairs, stairwells, elevators, Building mechanical, electrical and telephone closets, Common Areas, public areas, and any other structural components in the Building. The Building Structure excludes the Leasehold Improvements (and similar improvements to other premises) and the Mechanical Systems.

Building Structure. (a) All foundations to include footings, piers, caissons, pilings, grade beams, foundation walls or other building foundation components required to support the building structure.
(b) Five inch (5") thick concrete slab on grade with below grade vapor barrier and welded wire mesh and any other reinforcing or structural connections that may be necessary or required as specified by structural engineer.
(c) Complete structural framing system comprised of rolled steel or pipe columns, light weight braced-frame steel structure with corrugated metal deck and concrete toping over and open-web bar joist and girder floor support system, all members fireproofed as required by code. Floor support system shall provide for a minimum of 120 pounds per square foot live load.
(d) Tinted high performance glass with Xxxxxxxxx composite metal panels including required caulking and sealants. Four

PLASTERING:- Plastering to external walls will be of 20 MM. thick in 1:5 Cement, Sand and Mortar. Plastering to internal walls will be 15 MM thick in 1:6 Cement, Sand and Mortar and Ceiling will be 10 MM thick in 1:4 Cement, Sand and Mortar. WOODWORK AND JOINERY (FOR FLAT):- 100 MM X 50 MM. Malaysian Xxx Xxxx or equivalent section for Door frame, 32 mm. Thick solid core Wood door, Thickness of the shutter will be 32 mm. Main Door shutter for the OWNER will be made of quality Wood door.
Building Structure. The Building’s exterior walls, roof, elevator shafts, footings, foundations, structural portions of load-bearing walls, structural floors and subfloors and structural columns and beams.

c. Wxxx xxxelized glulam roof structure with #420 WMD or equal fiberglass built-up roofing including roof drainage plumbing tied into site storm system.
d. Glass, glazing and perimeter roll up or hollow metal doors including normal passage hardware.
e. Concrete tilt-up or plaster on metal stud framed exterior walls.
