BULK PURCHASES. The Borrower will not purchase Finance Receivables in any one or series of related transactions with an aggregate cash purchase price exceeding $50,000,000 without prior written consent of the Required Lenders. Section 8.26
BULK PURCHASES. Altisource will provide Acquisition Services for Bulk Purchases which may include but are not limited to assessment of potential market rent, determination of repair cost factors for structure age and location of assets and assessment of various other timeline and cost factors (e.g., foreclosure, eviction and redemption) based on asset location.
BULK PURCHASES. Residential agrees to pay Altisource the fees for the Bulk Purchase Acquisition Services as quoted on demand, with * upon close of the transaction.

Each party may assist the other in obtaining goods and services useful to the other party, including, without limitation, fuel, uniforms, supplies and ground equipment, in a more economical manner. If United identifies opportunities for cost savings as a result of bulk purchasing on behalf of Contractor, unless it provides a reasonable reason for not participating Contractor is obligated to participate in the new cost saving initiative. Prior to implementing such initiative, Contractor and United shall agree on a case-by-case basis how to share the benefits of any cost savings initiatives; provided, however, that absent such agreement in a timely manner and so as to preclude unnecessary delay in implementation of such initiatives, United and Contractor shall equally share any monetary savings.
BULK PURCHASES. Each party may assist the other in obtaining goods and services useful to the other party, including, without limitation, fuel, uniforms, supplies and ground equipment, in a more economical manner. If United identifies opportunities for cost savings as a result of bulk purchasing on behalf of Contractor, Contractor is obligated to participate in the new cost saving initiative so long as such participation does not violate or otherwise conflict with existing contractual obligations of Contractor and Contractor is not required to incur any additional obligations or unreimbursable expenses related to entering into or the performance of entering into such initiative. If United identifies Carrier Controlled cost savings, United and Contractor agree to share the savings. If United identifies Pass Through cost savings, United will retain the entire benefit. If Contractor identifies Pass Through Cost savings, United and Contractor will share the savings.
BULK PURCHASES a. We may terminate this Agreement without notice where We have reasonable grounds to believe that Gift Cards have been loaded with large values to enable bulk purchasing of low margin products for a commercial purpose from the Retailer.

BULK PURCHASES. The DOE shall use its best efforts as a bulk purchasing agent to make available to the Contractors fuel, equipment and supplies at prices which shall result in savings to the Contractors in comparison to prices otherwise payable by the Contractors for such items. The Contractors shall use their best efforts to achieve such cost savings, and shall cooperate with the DOE as bulk purchasing agent for such purposes. Such savings shall accrue to the benefit of the Contractors and the DOE as provided herein (“Bulk Purchasing Savings”).
BULK PURCHASES. Purchase Receivables for a purchase price (a) exceeding Ten Dollars ($10,000,000) in any one or related transactions, (b) up to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) in any one or related transactions if Excess Availability would be less than ten percent (10%) immediately after giving effect to such purchase or (c) exceeding Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) in the aggregate during any twelve (12) month period, in each case without prior written consent of Agent (which consent may permit or otherwise limit such Receivables inclusion in the Borrowing Base as determined in Agent’s sole and absolute discretion).
