Business Combination Announcement. If the Company chooses to announce the consummation of a Business Combination through a press release (a “Business Combination Announcement”), the Company shall supply the Representative with a draft of the Business Combination Announcement and provide the Representative with a reasonable opportunity to comment thereon. The Company will not issue the Business Combination Announcement without the final approval of Mxxxxxx Lxxxx, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
