Common use of BUSINESS COMMENCEMENT Clause in Contracts

BUSINESS COMMENCEMENT. You agree not to commence operation of the BUSINESS until: 2.3.1. Pre-commencement training has been completed to our satisfaction; 2.3.2. The initial franchise fee and all other amounts then due to us have been paid; and 2.3.3. We have been furnished with copies of all insurance polices required by this Agreement, or such other evidence of insurance coverage and payment of premiums as we request.
